Tech Time Tuesday

Tuesday, October 3rd from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A FREE library program featuring all kinds of devices for you to enjoy!

For ages 6 and up. Registration is NOT required.

Minerva Public Library is hosting Lego Day, a Lego building activity for Kindergarten and up.  Parents are encouraged to attend.

Saturday, October 28th at 2 p.m.

Hang out with others who enjoy anime. Cosplay is welcome. We'll focus on the horror genre of anime in honor of Halloween.

No registration is required. For teens 13 and up.  

The library is closed Monday, October 9, in observance of the Columbus Day holiday.  The library will open as usual at 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 10.  No library materials checked out from the Minerva Public Library are due on any day that the library is closed

Stock up on winter reading at the library's fall book sale.  The sale began Saturday, October 14, at 10:00 am, and continues throughthis  Saturday, October 21. Books for all ages and interests are for sale, as well as an assortment of movies on DVD and VHS, music CDs, and audiobooks.   The sale runs all day during library hours, and new items are added daily.  So plan to shop often for the best selection.   Proceeds from the book sale support the purchase of new library materials for you to check out and enjoy.

November 6th, 7th, and 8th from 3:30-6:00 P.M.

In honor of the Justice League movie, Minerva Public Library is offering SUPER crafts for your enjoyment.

Crafts include: 

Perler bead Justice League characters
Homemade superhero capes (please bring an old t-shirt you do not care about)
Superhero masks

Saturday, November 18th at 2 P.M.

Join us for a movie and Japanese food to celebrate the last anime club until January.

No registration is required. Must be 13 years or older.

Wednesday, November 29th at 10:30 a.m.

Do YOU believe? Experience the magic at Minerva Public Library with crafts and activities for little ones and family.

No registration is required. In place of Story Time and Book Beginnings.

Wednesday, December 6th from 4-5:30 p.m.

Interested in writing fiction or poetry? Recovering from NaNoWriMo and need some tips for next year? Mrs. Jamie Fletcher, a professor at Bluffton University, will be coming to Minerva Public Library to teach a creative writing workshop. The program is limited to 14-24 year olds and sign-ups are preferred but not required.

Story Time is normally every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., but the library has a few upcoming Story Time holidays and special programs
