(February 9, 2011) Good news! The form 1040 instruction books arrived at the library this afternoon. The library now has forms and instructions for all three federal tax returns--the 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ--as well as the Ohio income tax and school income tax forms. The library also has several of the basic schedules for the 1040, as well as an assortment of other popular forms. All are free for the taking. Federal forms are also available online at IRS.gov, and Ohio state forms are available online at the Ohio Dept. of Taxation.
