(September 29, 2015) The days are getting shorter and it’s time to plan your winter reading. The Minerva Public Library fall book sale is ready to help. The fall book sale continues through this Saturday, October 3. This year’s book sale features, as always, a wide variety of books for all ages and interest and priced to sell at just 25 cents each. Special interest books are sold at special prices, but there are many bargains to be found. This fall the sale also includes many large print books, many books for children and teens, and a great selection of audiobooks on
cassette, in addition to movies on DVD and VHS, and music CDs. New items are added daily so stop by often to check out the sale. The popular $1 a bag sale is one day only, Saturday, October 3, when you can fill a grocery bag, or two, or three for only $1 each. All sale proceeds go toward the purchase of new library materials for you to check out and enjoy, and to support the many programs the library presents for your entertainment and education.
