(January 4, 2010) The Trustees and staff of the Minerva Public Library wish you a happy and prosperous new year. Although the state funding outlook for 2010 is not good for public libraries, we believe that we can manage the library's limited resources in such a way as to continue to provide you with the services, programs, and materials that you expect from your local library.
