(September 5, 2013) Don't miss the Library's Make & Take Art Program, "APPLES, APPLES, APPLES!" on Saturday, September 21 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm. Get in the mood for fall with this Family Fun Art Special. Participants will create three different pieces of art, all involving apples. Projects will include drawing an apple while exploring its contours; stamping a picture with cut apples; and molding an apple sculpture using self hardening clay. Yes, you will draw them, stamp them, and mold them all in one afternoon! Designed for all members of the family age 6 and up. Parents are encouraged to attend.
