Income Tax Forms and Publications

The library provides basic Federal  Income Tax forms free of charge during tax season. Sate Income Tax forms are provided as reproducible forms for photocopying at the patron's expense. Most Federal and State tax forms and publications are available online year around.  Staff are happy to assist patrons with accessing and downloading tax forms and information, but staff may not provide tax advice.

Teacher Collections

Patrons who teach in the Minerva Local School District may be given a patron status that will allow them to have up to 500 items checked out at one time. The Youth Services Department manages the teacher collections and can be reached by calling 330-868-4101.

School Visits and Off-site Programs

Library staff are happy to work with local educators to enrich children’s learning. The library offers programs to schools and educators within the library’s service area both in the library and through staff visits. Visits by school classes to the library or visits to schools by library staff will be scheduled as time and staffing permit. Visits are subject to change based upon scheduling and staffing needs at the library.

Microform Reader-Printer

The library has a microform reader-printer that will accommodate both microfilm and microfiche. Library microforms do not circulate. Patrons may bring in their own microforms to read and copy on this machine. Copies are $.10 (10 cents) for each page. There is a time limit of one hour per session that may be extended if no one is waiting to use the machine.

Photocopier

The library has a photocopier available for public use on the main floor. Copies are $0.10 (10 cents) for each page for black and white copies and  $0.25 (25 cents) for each page for color copies.  The photocopier will reduce and enlarge, and will make copies up to 11 inches x 17 inches. The photocopier has a duplex paper feed which makes it easy to run off double-sided copies.

Meeting Rooms

The library has two meeting rooms available for use by the public subject to the library's meeting room policy.  While we encourage the community to make use of the library's meeting space, please do take a moment to review the policy to make sure that your event can be accomodated by the library.

Study Rooms

The has four small study rooms available--two upstairs and two downstairs.  These rooms have tables and two chairs and can seat no more than two adults.  The rooms may be reserved in advance, but more usually are requested on a walk-in basis.  Patron use of the rooms is subject to the library's Study Room Policy
