2022 Board Meeting Minutes

Minutes of a regular library Board meeting are approved at the next regularly scheduled meeting. Once approved, the minutes will be posted to the website. Paper copies of all library Board meeting minutes are available for review at the library as are copies of each month's Board packet.  Note that the January, 2022, meeting was cancelled due to bad weather, and the May, 2022, meeting was cancelled due to lack of a quorum. 

2022 Board Meeting Packets

The Board Packet is prepared each month by the Library administration for the use of the Minerva Public Library Board of Trustees.  The Packet contains documents to provide information to, and for review and discussion by, the Trustees.  A typical Board Packet will include a meeting agenda, draft minutes for the previous meeting, financial reports for the previous month, and reports from the Library Director and Youth Services Manager.  Note that the draft minutes are subject to review and correction before approval by the Trustees.  The official meeting minutes are post
