(March 18, 2013) Do you love building with Legos?  You can get together and create with other kids who like them too!  Minerva Public Library will be hosting another Lego Day on Saturday, April 6th from 2:00-3:30 pm in the Community Room on the library's lower level. This entertaining activity is designed for ages 6 and up.  Parents are encouraged to attend. Because space is limited, registration is required.  Stop at the Youth Desk to sign up or call 330-868-4101 and ask for Youth Services.

Book Sale Starts Saturday

(March 6, 2013) Spring comes early to the library this year when the book sale begins at 10:00 am this Saturday, March 9.   As always, a wide variety of books for all ages and interests will be sold at attractive prices.  The sale runs through the following Saturday, March 16, and new items are added every day; make plans to stop back often.  Proceeds go to support library programs and to purchase new materials this year for you to check out and enjoy.

Letterboxing Basics Program

(March 5, 2013)  Both youth and adults are invited to explore Letterboxing Basics in the library community room on Saturday, March 16 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm.  You will learn the history and basics of letterboxing, create a trail name and stamp, then follow clues to find a letterbox or two in Minerva.  If you plan to join us for the "hunt", please sign up at the Youth Services Desk or call the library at 330-868-4101.
