Library Fiscal Officer
Principal Duties: Administers Library budget and manages Library accounting and financial systems (2017 budget $804,495) using UAN accounting software; manages payroll and benefits for 19 employees (12 FTE); acts as Clerk to Library Board of Trustees.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university, or three or more years progressively more responsible accounting and budgeting experience, preferably with a government fund accounting system, or any equivalent combination of experience or training which provides the required knowledge, skills, or abilities. Must meet requirements for adequate bonding and pass a criminal background check.
Full-time, 30 hours a week, with benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.
