Passport to Reading Begins

Minerva Public Library Summer Reading Begins. Students in grades kindergarten and up will complete a reading log throughout the summer. Complete at least 4 challenges on a continent page and bring your passport to the Youth Services Desk to receive a stamp and your prize. Students may earn up to 8 prizes throughout the summer.

During the first week of Summer Reading Registration, youth will have a chance to win Kings Island tickets.

Peep-o-rama Voting

VOTING begins April 17th and ends April 22nd

It's time to vote and determine the first, second, and third winners. Vote by writing the number of your favorite diorama on a slip and then placing the slip in the jar near the dioramas. Winners will be announced April 24th.

Open Mic Night

Calling new and seasoned poets! Perform original poems or read aloud published poems at the library’s First Open Mic Night.

Upon submission of a digital copy, all participants will receive a booklet that includes original pieces read that night. Light refreshments will be provided.
